ARC
Assisting Recovery in the Community (ARC) provides practical advice, guidance and structured support for individuals with mental health issues.
Although ARC are unable to see people face to face at this time, you can still call or email for support. A member of the team will discuss your needs with you and provide you with useful information.
ARC can also provide follow up calls, guided self-help and help with understanding issues such as anxiety, stress and panic.
Telephone guidance and email advice is available between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday as an alternative to the drop-in clinics that are not currently taking place at ARC.
